Parliamentary work in Sweden
Since entering the Swedish Parliament in 2018, my work has focused on delivering concrete outcomes: legislative negotiation, institutional accountability, and policy reforms with measurable impact.
Labour market reform (LAS) and transition policy
I served as the Centre Party’s lead negotiator in the parliamentary process behind the major labour market reform concerning employment protection (LAS) and the transition and retraining framework. The work required sustained cross-party negotiation, institutional precision, and delivery under political pressure.
Ukraine
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, parliamentary work included sustained support for Ukraine, scrutiny of government policy, and engagement around Sweden’s evolving security posture. My contributions have consistently advocated practical support and institutional resolve.
Security, foreign influence, and institutional resilience
Parliamentary work has also covered risks posed by foreign influence operations, the integrity of public institutions, and the need to strengthen operational capabilities such as customs and enforcement frameworks.
Public record
A comprehensive list of parliamentary activities, speeches, motions and committee work is available through the official parliamentary record. This website summarises key lines of work; primary documentation is referenced on the Sources page.
